Fine print
  • The $45 Single Line plan is not a multi-line plan; the vendor explicitly advertises five-line parallel dialing with Starter, without an add-on.
  • Although Unlimited Calling is advertised without a calling cap, the terms state a general fair-use limit of 3,000 minutes per user per month, subject to individual modification.
  • The terms also restrict short-duration and abandoned-call patterns on unlimited plans.
  • Where usage fees apply, calls are billed in full-minute increments and rounded up at the end of each call.
  • An outbound call receiving answer supervision incurs at least one chargeable minute; voicemail systems can generate answer supervision.
  • Additional phone numbers are chargeable; a vendor comparison states $3 per extra phone number but does not say whether that is a monthly fee.
  • The terms say an annual subscription is billed in advance and is non-refundable, despite the vendor also advertising month-to-month service.
  • Pricing and service capacity are set in the customer-specific order form; Nooks says usage above that capacity can incur additional fees, but publishes no dialer overage rate.
  • Nooks-provisioned phone numbers are subject to availability and carrier and regulatory requirements; no per-number price is published.
  • Customers are responsible for applicable service taxes other than taxes on Nooks’s U.S. net income.

Bills are one seat, month to month where sold, on the calculator's model (answered calls billed as one minute each on a per-minute meter). Spam protection, pick-up and the toolkit are what each vendor states, not our own tests. Read from each vendor's pages on 2026-10-09.
