How Parallel Dialers Compare on Price, Lines and Limits

Dialer Compare is built and run by CallCloud, which makes the Parallel Dialer that appears in the table below. The short version: of the 18 vendors in this dataset, 13 publish a price and 5 sell only on request (JustCall, Orum, Nooks, Koncert, Kixie). Twelve sell at least one plan month to month, and only Klenty has no month-to-month option at all. Just 8 vendors sell a seat with at least 5 lines month to month. Five vendors offer unlimited calling with no fair-use policy or ceiling: CallCloud, Skipcall, BatchDialer, Enzo Dialer and Orum. Ten vendors state that the rep is live the instant a prospect answers, with no pause. The table below shows the details, and this page tells you how to read it.

Circles rate each fact for the buyer: bestpartly, or on some plansworstnot stated

Prices are per seat per month before tax, for the cheapest plan with five lines per rep (a vendor with no five-line plan shows its best plan and its line count), with any base seat it needs. A cheaper plan with fewer lines is noted under the price. Month-to-month and annual columns are the vendor's own figures; "Not offered" means that term is not sold or not priced. Spam protection and pick-up are what each vendor states on its own pages, not our own tests. Read from each vendor's pages on 2026-10-09; every name links to the page its price came from.

How to Read the Table

Every bill in the table follows one method: the whole monthly bill equals the plan, plus any base seat it requires, plus a phone number when none is included, plus usage past the allowance. Metered bills are a floor, because a per-minute meter counts each call as at least one minute. Overage a vendor does not publish is modeled at 2 cents a minute. Euro prices convert at 1.1206 dollars to the euro (ECB rate, 2026-10-09). Prices are before tax.

Bills are for a seat with at least 5 lines dialing at once. Vendors whose plans all have fewer lines, such as Skipcall, DialSheet, Mojo Dialer and WAVV, are shown as "up to N lines per rep" instead of a bill, because a three-line seat dials fewer numbers at once and is a smaller product.

Use the filters to narrow by billing term, line count, spam protection or the pause on pick-up. Sort by monthly price to see the cheapest published bills first; sort by lines to compare capacity. Dialing assumptions come from CallCloud's own fleet: a typical rep day is 210 dials, the heaviest reps run 2,000 a day, and there are 21 dialing days a month.

Why a Three-Line Plan Is Priced Separately

A three-line seat dials fewer numbers at once than a five-line seat, so it reaches fewer prospects per hour. It is a smaller product, and the table does not price it as if it were equal. That is why Mojo Dialer's Triple Line Dialer (3 lines, $149 a seat a month with the $10 Agent Access license) and Skipcall's plans (4 lines) are listed separately rather than compared against 5-line bills.

The Short Version

Price: 13 vendors publish a price. At 210 dials a day, month to month, the published bills run from CloudTalk's $72 to Salesfinity's $299. CallCloud's own bill is $125, at 2.8 cents a dial. Only CloudTalk (about 1,285 dials a day) and Klenty (about 420 dials a day) have cheaper plans that pass CallCloud's $125 as volume rises; the other metered or cheaper plans stay below it at every modeled volume.

Terms: Twelve vendors sell month to month. Klenty is the only one that does not. Enzo Dialer and PowerDialer.ai drop their prices for annual billing ($99 and $139 a seat a month respectively), and both charge for or restrict features accordingly: Enzo's month-to-month plans carry a $250 one-time setup fee, waived on annual plans. Orum bills annually with a 9-seat minimum; JustCall requires 2 seats and Nooks requires 2.

Lines and limits: Thirteen vendors have 5 or more lines on some plan. Five have unlimited calling with no ceiling. The rest cap you somewhere: CloudTalk's fair use is 10,000 minutes per user per month, Salesfinity caps at 10,000 dials per user per calendar month, PowerDialer.ai's terms state 3,000 minutes per user per month, and Trellus gives 3,000 Bridged Minutes per seat a month, pooled.

Runs on its own: Three vendors need another platform or account to run: DialSheet (your own Twilio account), WAVV (a CRM such as HighLevel, HubSpot, REDX, PropertyRadar or Wise Agent) and Trellus (a platform such as Salesloft, Outreach, HubSpot, Apollo or Google Sheets).

Built for real estate: BatchDialer and Mojo Dialer are real-estate dialers by kind, and Enzo Dialer describes its platform as serving real estate agents, investors and wholesalers, among others. DialSheet names real estate wholesalers among its users.

Spam protection: Only CallCloud and Klenty state all four spam protections (caller-ID rotation, number-health monitoring, flagged numbers rested or replaced, and branded caller ID) on every plan. Eleven vendors include caller-ID rotation on every plan; Readymode and Kixie restrict it to higher plans or paid add-ons. Mojo Dialer includes its Reputation Guard, which monitors flagged numbers and initiates appeals through TransUnion CNO, on every plan. DialSheet and JustCall state no spam protection at all.

The pause on pick-up: Ten vendors state the rep is live the instant a prospect answers: CallCloud, Skipcall, Enzo Dialer, Trellus, PowerDialer.ai, Salesfinity, JustCall, Orum, Nooks and Koncert. CloudTalk, DialSheet and WAVV let the customer choose instant connection or screening each answer first. Klenty, Readymode and Kixie screen each answer before connecting the rep. BatchDialer and Mojo Dialer say nothing about the pause. Five vendors publish a connect time: CallCloud (119 ms), DialSheet (400 ms), Trellus (300 ms), Salesfinity (400 ms) and Orum (700 ms).

CallCloud, plainly: CallCloud makes this site. Its Parallel Dialer is $125 a seat a month, month to month only, with 5 lines, unlimited calling to the US and Canada with no fair-use ceiling, one included number and extras at $2 a month, and no setup fee. Its limits: no voicemail detection, no annual or quarterly discount, and a 3-day free trial. This site has not timed or tested any dialer; every claim about spam protection, pick-up and the calling toolkit is what the vendor states on its own pages.

Questions

Which dialers are cheapest if my reps dial all day?

At 210 dials a day, month to month, CloudTalk is $72, Klenty $81.53 (billed annually), Enzo Dialer $120 and CallCloud $125. At 2,000 dials a day, Enzo Dialer is $120, CallCloud $125 and Klenty $140. The cheap per-dial rates at low volume shrink as volume grows: CloudTalk's bill passes CallCloud's $125 at about 1,285 dials a day, Klenty's at about 420.

What am I giving up with a 3-line or 4-line plan?

Fewer lines mean fewer numbers dialed at once, so fewer conversations per hour. Those plans are not priced against 5-line seats in the bills above. Mojo Dialer and WAVV top out at 3 lines, and Skipcall and DialSheet at 4, per the plans in this dataset.

Who is protected if my numbers get spam-labeled?

Eleven vendors rotate caller IDs on every plan. CallCloud and Klenty are the only vendors stating all four spam protections on every plan. CloudTalk, WAVV and Readymode put number-health monitoring behind a higher plan or a paid add-on, and BatchDialer does the same for flagged-number replacement. Read the table's spam columns per vendor before you commit.

Does a "no pause" claim mean a measured connect time?

Not necessarily. Ten vendors say the rep is live on answer, but only five publish a connect time: CallCloud at 119 ms, Trellus at 300 ms, DialSheet at 400 ms, Salesfinity at 400 ms and Orum at 700 ms. A vendor can promise instant connection without publishing milliseconds; treat the two as different levels of proof.

Which dialers can I start without an annual contract?

Twelve vendors sell at least one plan month to month. Klenty is the exception, with annual or quarterly billing only. Among vendors on request, Orum bills annually and Nooks sets the term in each order form, so a month-to-month start is not guaranteed there.
